Is our preferred date available?

What is the maximum number of guests?

200

Can we choose our own vendors?

Absolutely. You can see our Recommended Vendors here, but you are welcome to use any vendor you’d like.

Do you allow alcohol?

Yes, alcohol is allowed if an insured, Utah-licensed bartender is serving it.

How late can we stay?

The venue rental ends at 10:00 PM.

How many condos can our guests book?

When you book your wedding, we can reserve eight condos for your guests. Each unit sleeps up to eight guests. Additional condos may be reserved beginning 21 days prior to your wedding date.

Can wedding guests stay in the RV Park?

RV Park reservations are for East Canyon Resort members only.

Do you supply tables and chairs?

Yes, we provide tables and chairs for all wedding packages.

Do you cater?

No, we do not offer any catering services, but we welcome any caterers you decide to hire.

Can we hire a food truck?

Absolutely.

Can my dog be my best man?

Yes, your dog can be part of your wedding. Pets are not allowed in any of the buildings or on the decks, but you are welcome to include them in your outdoor ceremony on the grass.

Do you offer payment plans?

Sort of. Once your deposit is paid, the remaining balance is not due until two weeks prior to your wedding date. You are more than welcome to make payments along the way or pay in one lump sum when your balance is due.
